Wine Cellars
Wine cellars are rooms with racks of wine bottle holders and the room is normally climate controlled to preserve the quality of the wine. Smaller wine cellars are called wine closets and these are great if you don't have a lot space to put a large rack but still want to store a good amount of bottles.

When choosing a wine cellar, take note of the space. Include walking spaces so that you can move around well without the risk of accidentally hitting the bottles and wine racks. After that, you can now consider the types of racks you can have in your cellar.
Another thing that should not be put aside is the importance of temperature. The place might be better with a cooling system. The wine racks should have sturdy and secure bases. The racks should be made of sturdy materials for your cellar to last long.
The wall mounted wine racks should complement the size of the walls. There are times that wall mounted wine racks are as tall as the wall, as long as you have enough space for a rack ladder this is a good option in order to maximize the space.
For lighting, as much as possible, try to put only a few bulbs. Try to reduce the heat produced by lighting. Racks placed in the middle of the room are better if short. This way, you will only have to use fewer bulbs.
